About Us

TakeThis is a website that was created in 2018 by us brothers – Erick Atanga and Addison Atanga – to be a place where we can give our takes – where we can share our insight about sports to the world.

Throughout our lives, we’ve noticed certain “patterns” and “truths” about sports – what types of NFL teams win Super Bowls, what makes a player truly great, which types of players win championships in the NBA, which types of teams fall apart, what separates mid-QBs from elite QBs, which “common knowledge” takes are not very logical, and more.

And we have noticed that there are many people who do feel the same way we do – but they are typically scattered across the web, in comment sections, and often times their points whither away or get disingenuously shouted down.

So this website is way for us to package and spread these viewpoints in one place, in a cohesive manner. Feel free to agree, and share our takes, or to argue against them!
